Passport Seva Kendra and Post Office Passport Seva are front-end passport issuance services by the Central Government at Indian Postal Centres. These centers provide services ranging from token issuance to passport issuance/re-passport re-issuance applications and other passport related services.

Proof of Identity, such as Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License etc.

How to apply for passport in post office
Visit passportindia.gov.in, the official website of Passport Seva.
Fill in all the details here and submit your passport application online.
– After submitting your application, go to the local post office near you where the Passport Seva Kendra is located.
Carry the original documents and your application print receipt with you.
Your passport will be issued within 7 to 14 working days after the authorities have successfully verified your information.
Now you can apply for passport in Post Office Passport Seva Kendra without any problem but after submission of online application it is mandatory to visit Post Office Passport Seva Kendra yourself with print receipt and original documents.
