KUALA TERENGGANU: Three children are willing to sacrifice time and energy to ‘explore’ three parliamentary constituencies to fulfill their responsibilities as Malaysians in conjunction with the 15th General Election (GE15) today.
Government employee Alizah Muda, 47, said she and her four children returned to her in-laws’ house in Kampung Kuala Abang, Dungun to allow her husband, Mohamad Faizal Ramli, 51, to vote this morning.
“As early as 8am, my husband had already voted and then we continued to Kampung Batu Enam, Kuala Nerus for me to vote for the Kuala Nerus parliamentary constituency.
“Right now, we are on our way back to Kelantan because our children will vote in the Machang Parliament.
“Alhamdulillah, I don’t feel tired because the spirit of patriotism overcomes everything, in addition, my husband and I have not planned to change the polling place for the time being because of the many privileges obtained as a native of Terengganu,” he said when contacted by Utusan Malaysia today.
According to the woman, the four-hour journey from Dungun to Machang is not tiring because during that time they can witness the various behaviors of Malaysians who elect a new government.- MESSENGER
