KANGAR: The private sector needs to be more actively involved in development in Perlis for the good of the people in this state.
The Deputy Raja of Perlis, Tuanku Syed Faizuddin Putra Jamalullail said, the parties involved are advised to identify and explore new areas of cooperation that have a high impact to be implemented for the good of the people.
His Majesty said, the implementation of every government-owned and private project should run smoothly and must be completed within the specified period regardless of whether it is small or large scale.
“Each planning and implementation of these ongoing projects also needs to be ensured without delay.
“Any issue that arises should be dealt with properly and quickly through efficient implementation, monitored and reported periodically to the appropriate parties, especially the stakeholders of the initiative,” said His Majesty after leaving to deliver a donation in conjunction with the Cycling Program of the Perlis Council of Islamic Religion and Malay Customs ( MAIPs) Care for the selected asnafs here today.
In the program, Tuanku Syed Faizuddin agreed to be gracious and deliver zakat worth RM700 to the three aid recipients.
The recipients of the aid consisted of Samsudin Abdul Rahman, 67, from Kampung Padang Besar Selatan and Abdul Dali, 68, as well as Daud Bahari, 72, from Kampung Kuala. – MESSENGER
