“I apologize for all the mistakes and misunderstandings that happened between me and the Terengganu side and the supporters during my time at Terengganu Darul Iman. Every goodness comes from Allah SWT and mistakes come from myself. Terengganu has cleared the balance of my salary,” wrote Faisal.
Faisal, who will wear the Selangor FC jersey in the 2023 season, previously expressed his disappointment after Terengganu cut his salary without any notice or discussion.
With the issue resolved, Faisal can now fully focus on the national squad that will continue the struggle in the semi-finals of the AFF Cup against Thailand.
Faisal also played an important role in helping Malaysia beat Singapore 4-1 in the last match of Group B yesterday. – ONLINE MESSENGER
