KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim insisted that the National Unity Government is now supported by Pakatan Harapan (PH), Barisan Nasional (BN) and Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS).
Accordingly, he explained that the first session of the Dewan Rakyat on 19 December was set to submit a vote of confidence motion against him as Prime Minister.
He said that the move was aimed at when there were parties who disputed his position as Prime Minister and thus was seen to affect the stability of the government.
Anwar then said, he welcomes the participation of other parties, especially Perikatan Nasional, in the unity government where the main focus is to stabilize the national economy. – MESSENGER
