PH Sabah claims that he never signed the SD supporting any party

KOTA KINABALU: Pakatan Harapan (PH) Sabah claims to have never signed a sworn account (SD) to support any party after 2020.

Seven members of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (DUN) in a joint statement today stated that it is not true if any party claims to have support from them, but the last statement after the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (DUN) session last November.

“We also express our position and decision en-bloc to ensure the political stability of Sabah is built so that development governance and services to the people can be implemented smoothly,” he said.

The statement was issued after they had seriously observed the political developments in Sabah and had held discussions with Sabah PH assemblymen today.

The seven assemblymen are Datuk Christina Liew (Api-Api), Datuk Frankie Fung Ming Poon (Tanjung Papat), Datuk Ewon Benedick (Kadamaian), Phoong Jin Zhe (Luyang), Jannie Lasimbang (Kepayan), Tan Lee Fatt (Likas), Peto Galim (Inanam).

After the 14th General Election (GE14), PH Sabah collaborated with Parti Warisan (Warisan) to form the state government.

However, after the Sabah State Election (PRN) 2020, cooperation between PH Sabah and Warisan did not continue.

At the state assembly meeting last November, the PH Sabah assemblyman stated that he would continue to support the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) until the end of his term. – MESSENGER
