PORT DICKSON: About 1,000 visitors to the Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson hotel here were celebrated in the New Year 2023 celebration organized by the Lexis Hotel Group last night.
The president of Lexis Hotel Group, Mandy Chew Siok Cheng, said that the celebration was not held for two years as the country faced the Movement Control Order (MCO) period due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
“For two years our party did not organize any new year celebrations. This year we held the most lively celebration ahead of New Year’s Eve 2023.
“We present something different by preparing dinner around the beach, in addition to that, we also hold games, music performances and of course fireworks,” he said.
According to Mandy, lucky visitors also take home various gifts including accommodation vouchers prepared to appreciate them.
Meanwhile, a visitor to the hotel, Zairah Mahmood, 60, from Keramat, Kuala Lumpur, who had just come to stay at the hotel for the first time, admitted that she was happy and excited about the various events held.
“I came with my family, it was really fun to celebrate the New Year this time. If there is an opportunity, I will definitely come here again,” he said. – MESSENGER.
