KUALA LUMPUR: The Association of Chinese School Directors in Malaysia (Dong Zong) will meet with the new Education Minister to give a proposal to recognize the Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) of independent Chinese Secondary Schools. Speaking to Utusan Malaysia, Dong Zong’s Chief Executive Officer, Leong Seng Yee said, his side will ask the government to consider the matter because the certificate has already been accepted at the university…
