PETALING JAYA: PAS claims that DAP not only spreads Islamophobia but continues to throw various slanderous attacks and tarnish the image of the Islamic-based party.
PAS president, Tan Sri Abdul Hadi Awang said, DAP is now likened to ‘throwing stones in the middle of the crowd in broad daylight’ when it continues to attack PAS after successfully achieving the highest number of seats in the 15th General Election (GE15) compared to other parties.
“Pas (once) was labeled as the Taliban who fought with the United States in Afghanistan, whereas the United States invaded the country violently and acted excessively through the Western media against the oppressed Taliban, but the real situation was covered up by DAP.
“The Islamic law of Hudud and Qisas continues to be their capital with wrong and misleading explanations, simply to give a bad image of Islam and the face of PAS.
“People who talk about Muslim Malays continue to be labeled racist. They also use stupid Malays and liberal Malays who are rejected by Islam as their spokespeople. This strategy is set in motion with DAP as the mastermind behind it” he said in his Facebook.
Abdul Hadi also accused DAP of being an extreme party despite trying to deceive by presenting Muslim Malay members, candidates and leaders, but it can never legitimize its ideology that contradicts the principles of the Islamic religion.
He accused DAP of actually spreading Islamophobia against non-Muslim Bumiputeras even though the party’s leaders had apologized for past mistakes.
“Therefore, at a time like this, showing DAP’s previously hidden face is like only repenting when desperate.
“The rotting carcass cannot be covered by DAP’s hands that are covered in excrement, even if they are masquerading as Malays who have ablutions and are tanned,” he said. – MESSENGER
